Operating throughout the State of Florida, our subscription-based plans are designed to keep your home in optimal condition year-round. These terms govern your use of our services and subscription plans, outlining the rights and responsibilities for both parties involved.

 
Service Agreement


By subscribing to our home maintenance plans, you agree to adhere to the procedures outlined herein. A&G Home Care commits to providing all agreed-upon services, as detailed in your chosen subscription package. In return, customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Access to their property as necessary for the execution of services.
  • An adult (18 years or older) is present at the home during all scheduled service visits.


Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service rescheduling or cancellation.

 
Subscription and Payment Terms


Subscription Periods: Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.
Payment Method: Payments must be made via an authorized method (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer) at the commencement of the subscription period.
Rate Changes: Rates are subject to change with prior notification to subscribers at least 30 days before adjustments take effect.
Delinquent Accounts: Services may be suspended or terminated for accounts unpaid beyond 15 days after the payment due date.
 
Cancellation and Refund Policy


Cancellation Notice: Subscribers wishing to cancel their plan must provide written notice at least 14 days prior to their next billing date.
Annual Subscriptions: Canceled annual subscriptions are not eligible for pro-rata refunds unless otherwise stipulated by state law.
Initial Sign-Up Guarantee: Subscribers may cancel within the first 7 days of signing up to receive a full refund.
 
Liability and Indemnification


Service Quality: A&G Home Care strives to deliver high-quality maintenance services. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from:Unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control.
Pre-existing conditions in the home that are not disclosed prior to service.
Indemnification: Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold harmless A&G Home Care against any claims arising from non-compliance with these terms or misuse of our services.
 
Modifications of Terms


A&G Home Care reserves the right to update these Terms of Service as necessary. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services following modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
